Facilities

The residences start from the 7th floor. Only the 7th and 8th floors have 4 units each as those units also share the same floor as the Facilities Deck, otherwise known as Azure On Seven. Azure on Seven is home to a landscaped garden, gym, games room, multipurpose hall, relaxation lounge, wading pool, a 50-metre in length infinity pool, shower pit, barbecue pit, playground, pavilion, and an ecological pond.

The landscaped garden is perched in between the eco pond and the gym. Next to the changing rooms is the games room and multi-purpose hall. The barbecue deck overlooks the 50-metre infinity pool, complete with a wading pool right next to it.

Each floor, beginning from the 9th floor right up to the 35th floor, has a total of 10 units. When you arrive on the 36th floor, you also arrive at the Sky Terrace, which is also called an Observatory Lounge. Also located on this floor are 6 residential units. All units, inclusive of the dual-key units feature a ceiling height of 3.3 metres. All units either have a Southern or Northern orientation.

All units are semi-furnished with kitchen cabinets, hood & hob and sink. The living and dining area, and all bedrooms come with air-conditioners, except the utility and maid’s room. You’ll have to pay an extra RM2,000 for each floor increase.

The parking facility is located on LG1 to Level 6. Each unit measuring 1,600 square feet and above will be allocated 3 parking bays. Units sized lower than that get 2 parking bay each. A distinct characteristic of the design of the car park floors is that natural ventilation and lighting are kept to a maximum, contrary to most basement carparks that are badly-ventilated and stuffy. There are a 3 elevators and 1 service lift in the building. There are also 3 stairwells in building, 2 at each side, and 1 in the middle.

The security features of this building is 3-tier via an access card tag system.
